Privacy policy
We build a product about owning your own data, so we keep our own data handling minimal and honest. This page explains exactly what we collect on getmicloud.com, why, and what we do not do.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- Which plan you're interested in, if you select one (self-host, Concierge, or Hosted).
- Basic, anonymous usage events (for example: a page was viewed, a plan was clicked) so we can understand interest. This is self-hosted on our own infrastructure, not a third-party analytics service.
- Your IP address, processed transiently by our server for the above and for basic abuse protection.
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. There is nothing following you around.
Why we collect it
Only to run the waitlist, email you once when micloud launches, and understand which options people want. That's it. We do not build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Waitlist emails are sent through our own mail infrastructure. We would only ever disclose data if legally compelled to.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards to contact you about the product. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will.
Your choices
Email info@mineracks.com to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. No hoops.
Security
Your details are held on infrastructure we operate and control, not on shared third-party marketing platforms.
